Payment and Reimbursement

We are Considered an Out-of-Network Provider

Arrow Pathways is considered an out-of-network provider with private insurance carriers. This means we do not contract directly with insurance companies. However, many of our families are able to receive reimbursement from their private insurance provider by submitting a superbill to their insurance provider. A superbill is a detailed receipt of services that includes the necessary information for insurance claims processing. We are happy to provide this documentation to support your reimbursement efforts.

We understand that managing the financial aspects of care can feel overwhelming. As a parent-founded organization, we’re here to support you every step of the way. If you have any questions about our payment options or need assistance with your superbill, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

At Arrow Pathways, we made the thoughtful and strategic decision to remain an out of network provider. This choice allows us to prioritize what matters most: Exceptional Care for Your Family.

By operating outside of insurance networks, we reduce administrative burdens, giving our providers more time and focus to dedicate to each patient. It enhances our autonomy to create individualized care plans without restrictions, ensuring the highest level of service.

Streamlining our practice operations also allows us to remain accessible and responsive. We believe it ultimately benefits both our patients and providers by fostering a more personalized, efficient, and effective care experience.
